Bai Muajjal

Investment range: BDT 100,000 – 1,000,000
Expected return: 12% – 15% per annum (indicative)
Duration: 6 – 12 months
Profit sharing: Fixed markup agreed at contract signing
Loss sharing: Not applicable (deferred sale contract)

Bay‘ Mu’ajjal is a Shariah-compliant deferred-payment sale contract. Under this arrangement, goods or assets are sold at an agreed price, and the buyer pays the price according to the terms and schedule specified in the contract. It is not an interest-based loan; rather, it is based on the genuine sale and purchase of goods or assets.

Musharaka

Investment range: BDT 500,000 – 5,000,000
Expected return: Variable, based on business performance
Duration: 12 – 36 months
Profit sharing: Pre-agreed ratio, e.g. 60:40
Loss sharing: Proportional to capital contribution

Musharaka is a joint venture partnership where the investor and Ruhama Group share capital, profits, and losses according to a pre-agreed ratio.
